Yes to both. We run leadership programmes as experiential, hands-on workshops (usually in groups). One-on-one coaching is carried out over several months and occasionally it's not possible to be physically present so we can then use video or voice chat.

We work to the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors.
