Hi, I'm Donna. I grew up in New Zealand and have spent most of my adult life in Europe, now working primarily in London and Zürich. I am an experienced management consultant, trainer, facilitator and executive coach. I have a German business and economics degree and I am fluent in English and German. I have first hand experience in banking, general management, marketing and sales. I am also a qualified speech and presentation trainer.
My expertise includes: leadership programmes, facilitation of international teams, coaching, communication, cross border management, change management, sales and negotiation and conflict management. I work with multi-national companies in the pharmaceutical, re-insurance, agrichemical and banking industries. My clients include Novartis, Syngenta, Hannover Re, Osram, Lonza, UniCredit and Western Union.
